Not the right size, color or changed your mind all together?
No problema! We are here for you.
We will gladly refund your online purchase within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in good condition with all tags attached.
A credit will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
To return items purchased online, simply fill out our Easy Return Form located at the bottom of this page and we will provide you with a USPS return label to ship the items within the contiguous United States.
When using our USPS return label, drop off at a your nearest US Postal Office or drop box.
If you do not use Palmera Beachwear's shipping label, we recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
"Free" & "Promotional" items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do our best to screen for quality issues but we are human and from time to time, a defective product may sleep through our quality screening.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an even exchange for the same item free of charge or you may request an exchange for a different item. Additional charges may apply and you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items.
*Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt.
