To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation of the reason to return. For your convenience, we include a UPS return shipping label in all packages shipping within the contiguous United States.
When using our UPS return label, drop off at a UPS drop box, store location, or schedule a pickup (additional fees may apply).
If you do not use Palmera Beachwear's shipping label, we recommend that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
EXCHANGES
We do our best to screen for quality issues but we are human and from time to time, a defective product may sleep through our quality screening.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an even exchange for the same item free of charge or you may request an exchange for a different item. Additional charges may apply and you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment based on the value of the new items.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days of receipt.
We will gladly refund your online purchase within 20 days of purchase as long as the items are in good condition with all tags attached.
Credits will be issued in the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
